Very often our clients initially answer yes to both questions and then find they need someone at the other end of the phone to provide advice as the price increases, unexpected 'extras' are charged, misunderstandings occur or the holiday does not match expectations.
The before and after service provided by ourselves is well worth considering. We will on your behalf enter details with airlines to confirm with security information requirements. Should any passengers not be computer friendly, we will always provide an on-line 'check in' service at no additional charge.
